You can sign up to serve for one of the following roles during our Hospitality Weekends:

Set up on Saturday morning
Set up tables for food & chairs for people to sit on. Set up name badges & markers.

Server
Cut cake put on plates (Saturday only)
Keep donuts replenished (Sunday only)
Make coffee, put out drinks, set up drink table & condiments
Place fruit & gluten free food items etc. on trays
Makes the announcements, proclaims the readings during Mass, and in the absence of the deacon leads the assembly in general intercessions.

Clean-up & empty trash
Put away tables and chairs (Sunday only)
