Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, May is just around the corner. The May hymn begins with” Bring flowers of the rarest bring flowers of the fairest” As we honor Mary this month we celebrate the story of our redemption and our faith. Mary said yes and that yes let to joy and to suffering. Every time we pray the Rosary we tell that story in the mysteries. As well as being a prayer the rosary can be a great method of teaching about the great things our Savior has done for us. This May try to pray the rosary and use it as a catechism moment for yourself and your kids. Again remember all the great catholic events for kids and young adults that are coming up this summer Totus Tuus. The Catholic Youth Conference, and the hockey, soccer and baseball camps. Also in the next few weeks we will have first communions and Mother’s day. As we continue the journey of faith with our young folk we remember and honor the Mothers who have journeyed with them and helped them grow in faith. Lord bless all our mothers and give them the reward of their great love and work. Let the journey continue, Fr Karl
